Jeanette’s profession has been in the health & wellness industry for over 20 years as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, National Fitness presenter and massage therapist. She is educated at the highly respected KeKino Institute of Healing in Plano, TX
Jeanette’s natural passion for a holistic approach to health and wellness led her to expand her expertise in body work through massage therapy. She believes that being pro-active in taking care of our bodies can improve our quality of life, health and ultimately happiness.
Her treatments are truly catered to the individual needs of each client through the application of a diverse collection of modalities including Swedish, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial release, Stretching, Cupping, Deep Tissue and orthopedic massage.
