GREGORY STEINER D.C., C. AC.

Curiosity. That’s my middle name. This zeal for knowledge and unique experiences has led me on a journey of learning, consisting of rigorous physical self-discipline, the continual optimization of the mind-body-spirit connection, and a whole lot of fun along the way.

ACUPUNCTURE & CHIROPRACTIC
My Acupuncture and Chiropractic practice at CA Clinic International in Allen Texas, is a big part of my journey. I partner with you to build your wellness with tools such as customized nutrition and fitness, essential oils and herbs, supplements, acupuncture, spinal manipulation, muscle testing NAET, and tons more. I enjoy teaching the philosophy behind why I create the treatment plans that I do and break it down into simple language for my patients; I won’t ever throw you fancy-scientific-hard-to-pronounce words just because they sound good.

FITNESS & ANTI-AGING
If you’re into holistic and natural ways to build endurance, experience clarity of mind, reduce stress and fatigue, and enjoy a state of peak performance, then you’re on the same road as me. At age 55, I began a total transformation of my body from martial arts and weightlifting to natural bodybuilding. Now at age 65, I have competed for over 10 years with more to come, because to compete at this age requires daily discipline and knowledge of nutrition and exercise taken to the highest level. But always my concern is “Health First because, without it, you can’t do anything.”

As a natural bodybuilding champion and black belt martial artist, I am also passionate about “Anti-Aging” -which just isn’t about nagging aches and pains, but about journeying through life with:

  • dynamic performance
  • vital energy
  • controlled stress
  • minimal pain

Through my personal success in this area, I help my patients transition to better health by giving them the education and tools to combat the aging process with grace.

MARTIAL ARTS: HOW IT ALL BEGAN
My journey began young when I was constantly picked on for being an overweight kid. That sense of powerlessness led to joining martial arts and empowering myself and continues until today. From 1983 to 1992, I trained under Grandmaster Wonik Yi, who holds a 9th-degree black belt and is the creator of Tukong Moosul and founder of the World Tukong Moosul Federation. In 1982 Grandmaster Yi moved to Austin, Texas, and began teaching his blend of what he learned in the temple, and the training system he devised for the South Korean Special Forces. I quickly scaled the ranks in Tukong Moosul and was second in line to the master. The temple of healing he created with his philosophy, discipline, physical rigor, and mental toughness made a lasting impression on me and has influenced my practice to this day. Multiple injuries in my youth led me down another road – healing through natural modalities. A Korean master acupuncturist assisted with my severely torn ankle. Other injuries were taking their toll on me, causing severe headaches and back pain which led me to the world of chiropractic which gave me the relief and long-term results I was looking for.

BRINGING IT ALL TOGETHER
I soon realized the gifts of acupuncture and chiropractic care could be fused together; chiropractic taking care of structural adjustments, nerves, and spinal issues, and acupuncture taking care of the deeper underlying patterns of stress, nervous tension, years of wear and tear, and long-term chronic pain. Infusing this dynamic duo of chiro and acupuncture with the superpowers of herbs, essential oils, supplementation, and lifestyle changes, creates the most dramatic effect on patients who want to forever change their state of wellbeing. Bandaging symptoms with just one adjustment or a few acupressure needling techniques just isn’t enough to sustain long-term, consistent results. I create a holistic “package” for my patients because they are human beings who are not one-size-fits-all, but rather come with lots of moving parts and sometimes complicated histories, often with years of self-neglect, and physical, and emotional stress that prevent self-healing.

As a practitioner with over 30 years of clinical experience, I offer this holistic view of healing in the highest regard and invite you to join me at CA Clinic Allen International or at the Temple Of Healing to see where I can serve you best.
